Seasonal Tapas and Wine Pairings with Chef Doreen Prei

Color de Vino is thrilled to announce our next wine tasting event.  On April 12, 2016, we will be hosting chef Doreen Prei here at the shop.  She will be cooking several seasonal tapas-style plates, including one of her signature dishes, arctic char with brown butter, caper, bacon, and tomato.

Doreen is a Michelin-star-trained German chef who has been working in Edmonton since 2008 at local institutions like the Hotel MacDonald, Zinc, and the Edmonton Petroleum Club.  She can also be heard every week on CBC radio with loads of fresh ideas for home-cooks.

Our tasting event runs from 7pm to 9pm.  Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased in-store or online at the bottom of this page.
