On November 2nd, we are pleased to host Filippo Calabrese from 4-6 pm at Color de Vino. He will be pouring three wines from Tenimenti d’Alessandro, a historic winery in the Val di Chiana. Stop in to try some wine! No reservation required for this free event.
Though Tuscany is better known for its famous wines based on Sangiovese, like Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino, the French grape Syrah has found its second home in Cortona. For its dry wines, Tenimenti d’Alessandro only uses Syrah for red wines and Viognier for whites. The winery received their organic certification in 2016.
