Enrique Mendoza ‘La Tremenda’ Monastrell
Bright ruby-red in color, this wine shows expressive notes of fresh black cherries and red berries mingled with hints of sweet spice, toast and cocoa. On the palate, this accessible red shows silky texture, liveliness and long length.

Ipsum Rueda Verdejo

Ipsum means ‘itself’ in Latin, and the intention of this wine is to express the pure flavors of the Verdejo grape itself. There is no oak or commercial yeast used to mask the natural flavors of white flowers, clover, and mineral aromas.

Marotti Campi ‘Orgiolo’ Lacrima di Moro d’Alba

Aromas of rose, blackberry, pink pepper and juniper berries, with hints of spices. Nicely fruity and spicy on the palate, with smooth tannins, long velvety finish. Serve at 18°C with duck breast or rabbit.

Muga Conde de Haro Cava

Muga is one of few producers allowed to make Cava outside its home region of Catalonia. This is mostly Viura with a dash of Malvasia and it is made just like Champagne with two years’ ageing on its lees. Full of bread, toasted almond and apples. Lovely texture, very expressive and full of personality.

Cordero di Montezemolo Langhe Nebbiolo

Excellent Nebbiolo from the younger vines of the Montezemolo estate. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and violet. Fresh and robust, full flavor and soft tannins.

D’Angelo Aglianico del Vulture

The black cherry and fresh earth flavors are sweet and focused in this harmonious, medium-bodied red, accented by black olive, fig bread and dried herb notes, all framed by fine-grained tannins that firm up the finish.

Château la Croix des Pines Rose

Organic and hand-harvested, this rosé from Ventoux won’t disappoint. 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Clairette. The palate reveals grapefruit, banana and sour lemon candy.

Château la Croix des Pines ‘Le Secret’

Full bodied with intense golden apple and ripe pear notes. Warm smells of gingerbread, Calisson and curry, fruity scents of vanilla pear of crystallized orange associated with the white chocolate. 30% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 40% Grenache Blanc aged in French oak for 6 months.

Viranel ‘V’

Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries, and scrubland plants. The mouth is silky, marked by powerful and velvety tannins. The palate is dominated by notes of licorice, violet, and chocolate. Ranked as the 13th Best Wine in the World by Decanter Magazine for 2016.

Louis Latour Bourgogne Gamay

This Bourgogne Gamay is sourced only from the Beaujolais Cru villages under the new appellation rules (as well as 10% Pinot Noir for a touch of elegance). Ripe black cherry and violet aromas will show best when lightly chilled.

J. Baumer Rheinhessen Organic Riesling

Vibrant aromatics, purity and freshness. This off-dry natural Riesling is juicy and fruit-driven with crispy, fresh acidity. Plenty of lemon and peach flavors, which carry through to the spicy, slate-filled finish. Balanced, light and fresh with a kiss of natural sweetness!

Poplar Grove Pinot Gris

White gold honey in colour with vibrant aromas of white peaches and apricots. The first sip brings flavours of sun-ripened nectarines and ripe pears. The finish lingers with Granny Smith apples and freshly picked apricots. Balanced acidity and refreshing.
